Linux 1.1 Update

Someone tried to download the Linux build, and let me know of some compatibility issues. So I've updated it to start in Windowed mode instead of full screen and included 64 bit as well as 32 bit files. Hopefully this will fix the menu issues they were having.
Apart from that, nothing has changed! Don't feel like you're missing out getting version 1.0.
